In the unlikely event you have an issue with the part you have purchased, contact us as we are always ready to help and assist you through the faulty item return process. You have 30 days from delivery to get in touch, we will advise where to send the part back to. Returning parts will be paid by the customer, once we inspect the part, if the part is found to be faulty, unused, in its original packaging, in a resealable condition we will either send a replacement or send a full refund depending on what you prefer. We will only cover parts that have been found faulty through manufacturing defects only. We do not cover and we will have no liability to you in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering of goods, abnormal working conditions, incorrect fitting or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Under no circumstances will we accept liability to you in respect of costs incurred such as: (but not limited to) loss of earnings, travel expenses, recovery costs, damages etc. For our European customers; Any additional costs, including but not limited to taxes, import duties, delivery charges, or any other associated fees, are the responsibility of the customer and will be paid by the customer.
